 (b)Interpret building environments and their compatibility with owners, users and society.
 (c)Evaluate building performance in use in the context of technological developments.
 (d)Critically reflect on the evaluation and decision making relating to building development and use of buildings.

 (c)Analyse and critically appraise, design, document and supervise sustainable use of buildings including construction of new building works; works involving repair and maintenance, adaptation, alteration and change of use of existing buildings.
 (d)Plan, direct, carry out, document, interpret and evaluate physical surveys of existing building.
 (e)Valuate proposed property developments with particular emphasis on the effectiveness of existing buildings and new buildings in meeting the requirements of owners and users in the context of sustainability.
