On successful completion of this programme the learner should be able to :

 (a)Knowledge and understanding across a range of principles and practices related to:  Contemporary Theatre, Film and Television Practice  Technical Theatre Practice  Theatre, Film and Media Theory  Performance History, Playwrights and Practitioners
 (b)Practical skills in Acting, Voice and Movement or Stage Management, Set, Lighting and Sound Design, Costume Design, along with key Film Production and Post-Production skills.
 (c)Knowledge of the major developments and current research in Theatre & Film Practice.
 (d)An understanding of Theatre and Film production with an emphasis on applied knowledge, creative awareness and a professional orientation.
 (e)Current knowledge in relation to the real world professional practice of the Film, Television and Theatre Industries and of relevant contemporary practitioners.
