Module Description:This module introduces students to the concepts and theory of MIDI and its role in current music production practice.
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to
  1. Assimilate the concepts and theory of MIDI through the use of MIDI software and hardware to score and produce music.
  2. Contrast the varying roles of MIDI and MIDI based applications in modern music production.
  3. Demonstrate the utilisation of various MIDI systems for performance and arrangement
