On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to
  1. Assess how the value creation and value delivery processes in various industries are being transformed by electronic business.
  2. Critically evaluate the ongoing business challenges of managing e-business and m-commerce in an organisation.
  3. Compare and contrast the electronic commerce strategies used by businesses to exchange information and initiate transactions.
  4. Demonstrate a knowledge of the technologies employed to establish a secure e-business environment.
  5. Design and develop a comprehensive and integrated digital marketing plan.
  6. Evaluate the marketing opportunities provided by a variety of internet based communication tools such as email, social media and viral, mobile and location based marketing.
