Module Description:The aim of this module is to introduce students to the possibilities offered by web applications to the creation and harnessing of database driven dynamic content.
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to
  1. Design and construct databases to structure, store and retrieve data
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of the limitations of a static website when compared to a web application accessing a database
  3. Analyse the client-server relationship, along with the processing of information on a secure platform
  4. Build their own web application
