Module Description:This module is to allow student’s to further their project planning and technological skill base through the development of an interactive creative multimedia project, which they will work on over the course of the year. The mdoule allows the students the freedom and opportunity to produce a Multimedia product that is as close to industry standard as their skills and the available equipment will allow.
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this module the learner should be able to
  1. Develop and produce an original, creative, interactive multimedia project suitable for exhibtion.
  2. Write a technical document outlining the production of a project or product.
  3. Demonstrate an understanding of the scope and stages involved in the practical implementation of a major multimedia project.
  4. Demonstrate professional practice in the area of groupwork, specifically in the areas of group formation, group communication, group management and group conflict.
  5. Document the development and creation process.

Brainstorming, Instructional design models,
Working in Groups
Forming, storming, norming, performing & adjourning. Looking at common problems and dealing with conflict within groups.
Writing technical documents.
Process, Structure, Focus, Requirements.
Reflective writing
Look at different models of reflective writnig. The purpose and outcomes of its use.
