  1. Explain the Sources of Irish Law, the operation of the court system and conflict resolution.
  2. Explain the significance of membership of the European Union and the impact of European Law as a source of Irish Law.
  3. Discuss the principles of the Law of Contract and their application in the business environment.
  4. Discuss the principles of the Tort of Negligence and the relevance of the Tort to business and enterprise.
