On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

MLO2 Demonstrate an ability to search for and retrieve information utilising a web browser.
MLO3 Produce documents of a high standard using a word processing package.
MLO4 Employ a spreadsheet package to build models, which will help the accounting and finance worker
MLO5 Use a graphics presentation package to develop visual aids which can support an effective professional business presentation.
MLO6 Explain the hardware and software elements and the specification of a personal computer.
