On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

MLO1 Interact in spoken French in situations relevant to a study period in France and use communication strategies for social interactions.
MLO2 Illustrate an understanding of authentic aural material related to French and francophone society
MLO3 Write longer descriptive and narrative texts(such as a reflective journal)
MLO4 Respond appropriately to a range of authentic written material relating to French/Francophone culture and society and compare aspects of the above to Irish society and culture.
