Module Indicative Content
Video Pre-production Techniques
Storyboarding principles, documenting scenes, Scene preparation
Video Production Techniques
Rules of Composition, basic shots, exterior/interior lighting, using a camcorder.
Video Post-production Techniques
Note the students will already have used a comprehensive video editing suite like Premiere Pro CC. During the lab workshops, the student will generate realistic visual effect & visual elements, design a pack shot, compose some compose advanced video effects
Compose a short movie
Students will be required to become a part of a team that will generate a short promotional movie. This short movie will most lightly be a presentation of an existing product or service at the request from a local firm.
