Module Summary
The aim of this module is to build on 'Introduction to Multimedia' in Year One introducing students to the possibilities offered by multimedia authoring software (e.g., Adobe Flash) to Digital Humanities.
Content will include
•Theories & Methods of Interactivity • Combining Humanities and Multimedia • Off-line Vs On-line: design differences • Concept Generation• Design & Content Issues • Multimedia as a Promotional Tool • Multimedia Animation Techniques • Integrating animation with live footage • Funding opportunities • The Future: Emerging Technologies
