Module Description: This module Contemporary Issues in Digital & Business Technologies introduces the student to the digital and technological fundamentals of business (infrastructure, security controls, web standards, ecommerce and mcommerce applications, legal and ethical issues). The module is delivered through a series of experienced industry guest speakers, in inclass lecturers, a series of online tasks and engagement and workshops. Learners are expected to attend all talks and workshops, complete independent reading and to engage in applied learning activities.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

MLO5 Demonstrate awareness of legal and ethical issues in security, legal and I.P issues.
