Module Description: This module introduces students to the Irish legal system. It focuses specifically on the sources of Irish law, and in particular, the importance of European Union Law as a source of Irish law. The module also introduces students to the basic concepts of the Law of Contract and the Tort of Negligence and their relevance to the Business environment.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
