Availability, Change, Security, Asset & Configuration, Problem, Capacity. Designing for Availability. Key issues in service management in the Cloud environment, Risk management and mitigation.
Regulatory Compliance
The application of regulations relating to Intellectual Property, Privacy and Freedom of Information, Data Protection and GDPR.
