MLO2 Identify and critique hegemonic discourses of race and racism in the context of large-scale migration.
MLO3 Examine sociological perspectives on contemporary changes in the 'gender order'.
MLO4 Explain some of the causes and assess some of the implications of secularisation in Ireland
MLO5 Apply Michael Edward's framework for interpreting Civil Society as the context for CYW

End-of-Semester Final Examination. Seven questions, one of which, Question 1 is compulsory and is worth 40% of the marks available, plus, two from the remaining six, all of which are worth 30% each.
