Module Description: This module focuses on core management principles and their application in a sporting context. It covers the functional areas of management, including: Human resource management, Leadership, Marketing, Financial management, Organizational culture and design, and Ethics. Blended learning techniques will be integrated into the design and delivery of the module.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
