On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

MLO2 Analyse and critically evaluate the placement site's structure, policies, procedures and identify areas for change or development.
MLO3 Work effectively with relevant others within the internal and external political and cultural setting in which the placement organisation operates.
MLO4 Engage and work with young people effectively, implementing a planned programme that is agreed and developmental to young people and placement organisation. Evalution carried out with young people.
