Module Description: With a focus upon preparing learners for a career in Global Marketing, this module offers an opportunity to gain insights from practitioners through a series of structured embedded interactive presentations. Learners prepare for these presentations through a portfolio of relevant readings and case preparation. A range of business entities covering relevant sectors will be available to learners.

Module Indicative Content
Executive Insights
Learners have the opportunity to hear and interact with practitioners in the field of Global Marketing. The focus here is to provide insights into the drivers of demand in the contemporary and future marketplace. Practitioners are identified in advance and scheduled to present. To prepare for such presentations, learners are required to read a portfolio of material prepared to provide background material in order to add value to the presentation on the day. Each guest will present background to the industry/their particular enterprise,followed by an assignment/task to learners. In teams learners are given time to generate solutions and these are presented to the guest practitioner. Using external ( global) academic and business partners where possible, learners will benefit from a global perspective.

Learners will be provided with a portfolio of material from a wide spectrum of sources to enable them to be more conversant with important aspects of their chosen field, and to prepare for the Executive Insights" series
