Module Description: In semester 1 and/or semester 2 of year 2 of the BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Health, students have the option to complete an approved semester abroad in an institution outside of Ireland. Students will be expected to undertake modules in an equivalent / relevant area of Nutrition and Health. A learning agreement should be agreed before travelling. Upon completion of studies abroad, students will be required to present certified evidence from the host institution that verifies the completion of modules indicated on the student learning agreement.

Module Content
Content will be comprised of the content in the (International) modules declared in the student learning agreement. The modules will be largely equivalent to the modules validated on the original (home Institute) programme. The same module approval method as for RPL will be utilised (review of content and Learning Outcomes for suitability to the module(s) being replaced)
