Consumer Protection
Overview of EU Consumer Protection - Consumer Guarantees Directive 99/44/EC and Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Implied Terms under the Irish Sale of Goods and Supply of Services legislation, Consumer Protection Act 2007
Employment Law
Distinction between Contract of Service/Contracts for Services. Consideration of the Suite of Employment Legislation in Ireland.
