Module Description: The aim of this module is to develop in students composting and visual effects techniques and understanding of theoretical and historical perspectives related to the field.
 
Module Learning Outcome
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

MLO1 Demonstrate the ability to use creatively a industry standard compositing and visual effects package.
MLO2 Script, storyboard, shoot, evaluate raw footage, composite, edit and output for a digital video platforms.
MLO3 Demonstrate the ability to employ a range of motion graphics visual effects and compositing techniques as used in industry.
MLO4 Implementing key compositing techniques, discuss, critique and analyse the compositing and visual effects material of various industry professionals.
