On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

Definition, skills, triple constraint, approaches, reasons for project failure, project teams.
Project Lifecycle
Process groups and knowledge areas, relationship with software development lifecycle, project management frameworks.
Estimating
Purpose, difficulties, techniques - story points, velocity, use case points.
Release Planning
Agile planning onion, feature and date driven release planning, prioritising user stories.
Iteration Planning
Velocity and commitment driven iteration planning.
Project monitoring and control
Tracking release and iteration plans - burndown charts, burnup charts, task board, iteration review and retrospective.
